In North American history, it is documented that slavery was going on between 1619 and 1865. Our Moorish literature speaks about the matter:
“….and know that we are not Negroes, Colored Folks, Black people or Ethiopians, because these names were given to slaves by slave holders in 1779 and lasted until 1865 during the times of slavery,…” – The Moorish Science Temple Of America , Moorish Divine Constitution and By-Laws, parts of Act 6.
“Name Some Of the marks that were put upon the MOORS of Northwest, by the European nations in 1774? Negro, Black, Colored and Ethiopia” – Koran Questions For Moorish American, question #85
“That is why the nationality of the Moors was taken away from them in 1774 and the word negro, black and colored was given to the Asiatics of America who were of Moorish descent, because they honored not the principles of their mother and father, and strayed after the gods of Europe of whom they knew nothing” – Moorish Holy Koran, chapter 47:17
The Executive Will of President Abraham Lincoln has not been fulfilled because of his assassination and the conspiracy of switching the 13th Amendment with “20 sections” with the 13th Amendment with “2 sections” that most know of today; and conspirators taking parts of the 13th Amendment with “20 sections” and forming the 14th and 15th Amendments. The Executive Will of President Abraham Lincoln is connected to the Four Proclamations of President Abraham Lincoln and the 13th Amendment with 20 sections of 1865 that enforces Naturalization, Colonization and Compensation. Naturalization deals with the lawful and constitutional process of taking artificial property, the STRAWMAN, 14th Amendment corporate citizens, 2nd class citizens, one of civiliter mortuus status and returning individual back to a True American Citizen of the U.S.A. status, White in law, 1st class status, natural person, flesh and blood or what is known as being In Full Life in law. Naturalization was formulated by Prophet Noble Drew Ali through the Moorish movement to return descendants of those held as slaves to their true status and Citizenship. Colonization involves the fact that Moorish Americans that was held as slaves and known in slavery times as Africans and African descendants were suppose to have been given land between the Allegheny and Rocky Mountains territory that currently takes up over 22 States; called by President Abraham Lincoln as Egypt of The West. Compensation is just due for our ancestors held as slaves and the crime against humanity of stripping them of their name, culture, freedom and humanistic nature. The Moorish Americans who know and study constitutional law, and understand the “constitutional fold” do NOT push reparations, they push COMPENSATION for our people.
Black’s Law Dictionary, 4th Edition revised, page 354:
COMPENSATION – Indemnification; payment of damages, making amends; making whole; giving an equivalent or substitute of equal value; that which is necessary to restore an injured party to his former position.
Till this day, those held as slaves have not received as a “whole” Naturalization, Colonization and Compensation. Nationality, Government, Citizenship and Compensation was pushed heavily by Prophet Noble Drew Ali, a Cherokee Moor who came to liberate his people in the Western Hemisphere. Compensation can be seen in his words where he states:
“The Holy Prophet told the Moors “do not throw away your slave names (your family name), because we have a birth-right under them. For the work that our ancestors did in slavery time, we will be paid off for this, and with compounded interest.” – Bro. J. Blakely Bey
The Prophet said “I have got the Asiatic, and I have got the European. I have got the silver and I have got the gold.” – Sister M. Payton-Bey of Temple 4 and 25
Keep in mind, compensation can not be given to those who are still identified, labeled or calling themselves modern slave tags such as Black, Afro/African American, Latino, Black Indian, ect. It will only come through being under one umbrella as a recognized nation and government, and by enforcing the law of the land. After that, a just government will make a public apology, and then issue compensation to the members and Citizens of the Nation and Government representing those who were held as slaves. This is the sign of the hyphen Bey and El being placed after the last name of Moorish Americans. The hyphen in law is known as annex or annexation, a necessary sign especially after 1933 when we went from common law to commercial law. Again, one of the main purposes of the Moorish Movement under the authority of Prophet Noble Drew Ali, a legally charted and incorporated religious organization, ecclesiastical, theocratic body politic. This is some of the teachings of the National side of the Moorish movement that is not being taught. However the Moorish Science Temple, The Divine and National Movement of North America, Inc; #13, The Moorish American National Republic is teaching this in our Moorish School of Law and History classes, and the lawful and constitutional process needed to correct status and start the process of actual freedom and fulfilling the process of Naturalization, Colonization and Compensation as a collective, nation and government.
In recent years the United States House Of Representatives and Congress apologized for slavery, however compensation was not issued. Below is the words of the House Of Representatives:
H. Res. 194, In the House of Representatives, U. S., July 29, 2008
Whereas millions of Africans and their descendants were enslaved in the United States and the 13 American colonies from 1619 through 1865;
Whereas slavery in America resembled no other form of involuntary servitude known in history, as Africans were captured and sold at auction like inanimate objects or animals;
Whereas Africans forced into slavery were brutalized, humiliated, dehumanized, and subjected to the indignity of being stripped of their names and heritage;
Whereas enslaved families were torn apart after having been sold separately from one another;
Whereas the system of slavery and the visceral racism against persons of African descent upon which it depended became entrenched in the Nation’s social fabric;
Whereas slavery was not officially abolished until the passage of the 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution in 1865 after the end of the Civil War;
Whereas after emancipation from 246 years of slavery, African-Americans soon saw the fleeting political, social, and economic gains they made during Reconstruction eviscerated by virulent racism, lynchings, disenfranchisement, Black Codes, and racial segregation laws that imposed a rigid system of officially sanctioned racial segregation in virtually all areas of life;
Whereas the system of de jure racial segregation known as ‘Jim Crow,’ which arose in certain parts of the Nation following the Civil War to create separate and unequal societies for whites and African-Americans, was a direct result of the racism against persons of African descent engendered by slavery;
Whereas a century after the official end of slavery in America, Federal action was required during the 1960s to eliminate the dejure and defacto system of Jim Crow throughout parts of the Nation, though its vestiges still linger to this day;
Whereas African-Americans continue to suffer from the complex interplay between slavery and Jim Crow–long after both systems were formally abolished–through enormous damage and loss, both tangible and intangible, including the loss of human dignity, the frustration of careers and professional lives, and the long-term loss of income and opportunity;
Whereas the story of the enslavement and de jure segregation of African-Americans and the dehumanizing atrocities committed against them should not be purged from or minimized in the telling of American history;
Whereas on July 8, 2003, during a trip to Goree Island, Senegal, a former slave port, President George W. Bush acknowledged slavery’s continuing legacy in American life and the need to confront that legacy when he stated that slavery ‘was . . . one of the greatest crimes of history . . . The racial bigotry fed by slavery did not end with slavery or with segregation. And many of the issues that still trouble America have roots in the bitter experience of other times. But however long the journey, our destiny is set: liberty and justice for all.’;
Whereas President Bill Clinton also acknowledged the deep-seated problems caused by the continuing legacy of racism against African-Americans that began with slavery when he initiated a national dialogue about race;
Whereas a genuine apology is an important and necessary first step in the process of racial reconciliation;
Whereas an apology for centuries of brutal dehumanization and injustices cannot erase the past, but confession of the wrongs committed can speed racial healing and reconciliation and help Americans confront the ghosts of their past;
Whereas the legislature of the Commonwealth of Virginia has recently taken the lead in adopting a resolution officially expressing appropriate remorse for slavery and other State legislatures have adopted or are considering similar resolutions; and
Whereas it is important for this country, which legally recognized slavery through its Constitution and its laws, to make a formal apology for slavery and for its successor, Jim Crow, so that it can move forward and seek reconciliation, justice, and harmony for all of its citizens: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the House of Representatives–
(1) acknowledges that slavery is incompatible with the basic founding principles recognized in the Declaration of Independence that all men are created equal;
(2) acknowledges the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery and Jim Crow;
(3) apologizes to African Americans on behalf of the people of the United States, for the wrongs committed against them and their ancestors who suffered under slavery and Jim Crow; and
(4) expresses its commitment to rectify the lingering consequences of the misdeeds committed against African Americans under slavery and Jim Crow and to stop the occurrence of human rights violations in the future.
Many tribes, countries and nations have received their just due for any crime against humanity. It is time that those who call themselves Black, Negro, Colored, Afro/African American, etc to learn what their true nationality is before slavery, join the Moorish Movement in its great work of reestablishing or ancient political presence in North America that existed before slavery times, be part and parcel of the said U.S.A. government, become true American Citizens, and come together and register under one umbrella to enforce the laws of the land and get our just due of Naturalization, Colonization and Compensation which is well in the trillions of lawful de jure dollar amount. Our classes start again in January 2014; information about Naturalization and Citizenship is on the left hand side of the website.
“So, I, the Prophet, am hereby calling aloud with a Divine plea to all true American citizens to help me to remove this great sin which has been committed and is being practiced by my people in the United States of America, because they know it is not the true and Divine way and without understanding they have fallen from the true light into utter darkness of sin, and there is not a nation on earth today that will recognize them socially, religiously, politically or economically, etc. In their present condition of their endeavorment in which they themselves try to force upon a civilized world, they will not refrain from their sinful ways of action and their deeds have brought jim-crowism, segregation, and everything that brings harm to human beings on earth” – Prophet Noble Drew Ali in A Divine Warning By The Prophet For the Nations
“If you have race pride and love your race, join the Moorish Science Temple of America and become a part of this Divine Movement, then you will have power to redeem your race because you know who you are, and who your forefathers were. Because where there is unity there is strength. Together we stand, divided we fall” – Prophet Noble Drew Ali in Voice Of The Prophet
