The Moorish Supreme Court of Equity and Truth was established by Moorish Science Temple the Divine and National movement of North America, Inc #13 the Moorish American National Republic through the Divine authority of Prophet Noble Drew Ali form 1099 in conjunction with Article 3 of the organic constitution of the United States of America, Executive will of Abraham Lincoln inclusive of the Emancipation Proclamation and the 13th Article with it’s 20 sections.

The purpose of the Moorish Supreme Court of Equity and Truth: 

To satisfy any and all matters for our citizens in all proceedings pertaining to civil and criminal law, To bring about a redress of grievances for “We the people” by enforcing constitutional law and ensuring the protection of our birthrights. Our jurisdiction compasses “North America” north, south, and central America and the enjoining islands.

Our Moorish Supreme Court of Equity and Truth has been in operation since the 1990s. Fully registered and recognized with full “Faith and Credit” since 2011. 

It began as a means for settling internal matters between Moorish American Citizens.

One of the earliest disputes adjudicated was a case of domestic violence, the results of which was a guilty verdict and “justice” being delivered in the form of a flogging according to Islamic law.

Another case in the early history of our court, involving our Citizens, who at the time were working as officials of the Moorish Supreme Court of Equity and Truth. After administering the judgement of the court in a separate matter, had charges filed against them for “kidnapping”, with the local corporate government police agency resulting in warrants being issued by the courts of their jurisdiction. After making the officials of the Moorish Supreme Court of Equity and Truth aware and turning themselves in for said warrants. A representative of the Moorish Supreme Court of Equity and Truth bringing forth all adequate and appropriate authority evidence and proof, and had everyone that was detained remanded into the custody of The Moorish Supreme Court of Equity and Truth and all charges were dismissed.

U.S.A vs Jacques Leeds-Bey

Background:

Jacques E Leeds known as Jack Leeds and to the Moorish American community in Baltimore Maryland as Jack Leeds-Bey, a former Maryland assistant attorney general charged in a multi million dollar heroin distribution case while under the status of negro, black, and colored. After being educated about his nationality and birth rights and naturalized by the officials of the Moorish Science Temple the Divine and National movement of North America, Inc #13 the Moorish American National Republic A motion of dismissal was made for the lack of jurisdiction  on the grounds that he was under the jurisdiction of Prophet Noble Drew Ali, in conjunction with the Executive will of Pres. Abraham Lincoln, inclusive of  the 13th article with 20 sections which The United States government was and is obligated to execute and have/ had failed to do so.

The results

 Brother Leeds-Bey was Sentenced to “Reality Therapy” / the case was dismissed.

Known as the civil rights cases. Where a group of 5 civil rights cases in 1865 and concluded by a Supreme court decision in 1886. In which the supreme court of the US ruled that the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments to the constitution were unconstitutional and dead badges of law.

Why this cases is important to Moorish Americans

our prophet Noble Drew Ali said in his divine warning “ The free national constitutional law that was enforced in 1774 declared all men equal and free and if all men are declared by the free national constitution to be free and equal, since that constitution has never been changed there is no need for the application of the 14th amendment (citizenship & civil rights), and the 15th amendment (voter rights), for the salvation of our people and citizens.” –  Prophet Noble Drew Ali

Leaving out the 13th amendment our prophet is pointing out to us “in science” to examine carefully the 13th amendment. leading Grand Sheik Richardson Dingle-El (Brother prophet in the 3rd form) and his brother Timothy to revealing the true 13th article with its 20 sections and establishing the Moorish National Bureau of Vital Statistics according to the Honorable Prophet Noble Drew ALI’s state papers which are the Holy Koran Circle 7 and the Koran questionnaire, 101 koran questions for Moorish Children.

  • “Article 1 section 8 clause 4 uniform rule of naturalization.” 
  • “Freedman’s Bureau Act”
